Shababek is a marketplace connecting clients and freelancers for digital services.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information

• You are responsible for your account security

• One account per user unless permitted

3. Services & Orders

• Freelancers create service listings (“Gigs”)

• Clients purchase services through the platform

• Orders are governed by agreed scope and delivery

4. Payments

• Payments are processed through third-party providers

• Platform may charge service fees

• Funds may be held temporarily for security

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• violate laws

• post harmful or misleading content

• attempt fraud or abuse the system

• bypass the platform for payments

6. Disputes

• Disputes between users may be reviewed by Shababek

• We may take action including refunds or account suspension

7. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of their work

• Clients receive rights as defined in the service agreement

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• violations

• fraud

• abuse of platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Shababek is not responsible for:

• user-generated content

• service quality disputes

• indirect damages

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time.

Applicable laws depend on the operating jurisdiction of Shababek.
