3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:

- All activity that occurs under your account

4. Buyers
Buyers can browse services, place orders, and communicate with sellers through the platform only.
Buyers must:

External payments or communication outside the platform are not allowed.
5. Sellers (Freelancers)
Sellers create and publish services (“gigs”).
Sellers must:
- Deliver work on time
- Provide original, high-quality work
- Communicate professionally
- Not request payments outside the platform
- Not share personal contact details
Shabaek may remove services that violate these Terms.
6. Communication Rules
To protect users, sharing personal contact information is not allowed, including:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media accounts
- External links or websites
All communication must stay inside the platform’s messaging system.
7. Payments
All payments must be made through Shabaek.net using approved payment methods.
Shabaek uses third-party payment processors.
We do not store your financial information.
Funds may be held temporarily to protect both buyers and sellers.
8. Order Process
8.1 Placing an Order
Buyers pay the full price in advance. The payment stays on hold until delivery is approved.
8.2 Delivery
Sellers must deliver work within the agreed time.
8.3 Revisions
If revisions are included, buyers may request them according to the service terms.
8.4 Completion
Once the buyer approves the delivery, the order is marked as completed and the seller receives payment.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Shabaek may cancel orders in cases of:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Failure to deliver
- Violation of policies
Refunds depend on order status and investigation.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users may NOT:
- Offer or request illegal services
- Spam or harass others
- Use abusive language
- Send viruses or harmful software
- Attempt to avoid platform fees
- Share external contact details
- Copy another user’s content
- Use the platform for scams or fraud
11. Content Ownership
Sellers own the content they create until the buyer approves the delivery.
After approval, the buyer receives full rights unless the service description states otherwise.
Shabaek may use anonymized content for marketing or security purposes.
12. Fees
Shabaek may charge service fees on purchases and withdrawals.
Fees will be shown before confirming any transaction.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraud
- Harm other users
- Abuse the platform
We may remove content or services at our discretion.
14. Liability Disclaimer
Shabaek.net is not responsible for:
- The quality of services delivered by sellers
- Losses caused by user mistakes
- Delays caused by sellers
- Third-party actions (payment processors, hosting providers, etc.)
